This section contains player profiles, and key staff profiles for the England Elite squad, the England Saxons and the England Women's squad

To view the player profiles, either make your selection from the above list or select England Player Profiles from the left hand navigation and then use the drop down menu that appears on the right of the page to select which squad you are interested in.

Once you are viewing the squad you are interested in, individual player profiles can be accessed by clicking on any player's photo. The Manager and Coach profiles are also accessible form the left hand menu.

Chris Ashton

Becoming only the second England player to score four tries in a Championship match and the first for 97 years hangs lightly on the shoulders of Chris Ashton, who achieved the spectacular feat during the 59-13 win over Italy in mid February last year.

Jack Nowell

Being a try-scoring man of the match on his England U18 debut against Ireland at Donnybrook in December 2010 gave Jack Nowell a wonderful feeling and illustrated the team ethic. He said: “I was delighted to go over for my try towards the end. We had managed to push on in the second half.”

Margaret Alphonsi

Well qualified in and out of rugby, Margaret Alphonsi, known as ‘Maggie the Machine’, reached her 25-try landmark for England in glorious style during the 10-0 triumph over New Zealand, the World Champions, at Twickenham last November.
